松野組織運動本部長「やっぱり国旗を大切に思ってる方々がその行為によって、不快に思うことが生じないように、しっかりとそれを守っていきたい」
骨子案では、日本の「国旗損壊罪」について、公然と国旗を損壊する行為と、その状況を自ら撮影し、不特定多数の人に公開する行為を罰則の対象としています。また、布や紙などでつくられて掲げられる物を「国旗」に位置付ける一方、アニメや漫画、生成AIなどによる創作物は対象外とします。罰則は、外国国旗の損壊罪と同様に、2年以下の拘禁刑または20万円以下の罰金を科す方向です。
