Video Description
Professor Ashish Pandey and Raghu Anantnarayanan reveal how Chitta Vidya, the science of consciousness from Yoga Sutras and rasa theory, offers transformative alternatives to Western psychological frameworks. Understanding the eight rasas, tanu states of awareness, and Purushartha principles enables choiceful living, dharmic organizations, and environmental solutions. They demonstrates practical applications through embodied learning, tensegrity organizational models, and the Ashta Lakshmi framework while exposing why hierarchical structures create modern crises.
