Direktur Penyidikan Jampidsus, Syarief Sulaiman, menyebut yayasan yang ditunjuk diduga tidak memenuhi persyaratan sebagai mitra.
Namun, tetap lolos verifikasi dan memperoleh penugasan setelah adanya campur tangan para tersangka.
Penyidik menemukan yayasan-yayasan ini memiliki keterkaitan dengan mantan Kepala Badan Gizi Nasional (BGN) Dadan Hindayana serta dua mantan wakilnya, Sony Sonjaya dan Lodewyk Pusung.
