Video Description
Support a human: http://patreon.com/DoseofBuckley Webster's Dictionary chose the word "Slop" as its Word of the Year, in response to the ever-growing use of generative AI to make extremely pointless videos, like the trend a little while ago where people would insert themselves onto a movie set meeting various celebrities (the irony completely lost on them that meeting the actual humans would be much cooler). But while we can laugh at the "creativity" of those who continue to defend generative AI, is there anything else we can do about it? Buckley looks at the inevitability of the tech, and tries to understand just why the least creative people in the world are so enthralled with it.
