The last time Leman saw the girl was when she was a child. Now the girl has grown up and turned into a pretty young woman. Alev is there for a make-up and skincare course. Safak and Julide are on the bank at the park. They are being honest to each other about their feelings. Still, they don’t share a hug or a kiss but Safak’s request for keeping the tissue is emotional. Julide says “the tissue was always yours”. She means “my heart has always been yours”. Then they part ways. Julide goes home with so many things on his mind. Her heart beats fast. She can’t believe she said those words… Leman is getting bored at home. She likes the girl’s beauty but she can’t find a topic to open and talk about. Leman calls Safak but his phone is off. She goes to the kitchen to cook but Alev stops her. Alev says she will do everything in the kitchen and tells Leman to rest. Julide comes back to the wool store. She is drifting off. She even forgot to buy some stuff for the store although Tulay specifically asked for them. Safak comes home at last. He sees Alev. Leman looks at them when they shake hands. She thinks Alev may be her bride. Humeyra is with her tailor. Parla is there, too. They don’t like the dress… and really give the tailor a hard time. Parla says Humeyra must wear the best dress for the baby shower. It’s “kandil”, a sacred day for the Muslims. The family is together at dinner. Parla, Vildan and Elif are also at the table with the family. Melek, Julide and Emirhan are also having dinner together. Melek is praying for Elif. Emirhan says he is also praying for Melek and Elif. Humeyra asks Sureyya questions about the kid shoes project. Sureyya says it is going great. Humeyra grows mad… because she asked Kerem to cancel that project but now it seems that Kerem is making the project bigger, let alone canceling it. Kerem sees the fury in Humeyra’s eyes. He runs after her and tells her why he hasn’t cancelled the project. He says he is doing everything for their father. He feels like their father would be proud if he was alive. Alev comes… Leman opens the door and sees the girl. She is not the little ugly girl Leman remembers.
