The B.C. Conservatives have elected a new leader. Former Conservative MP Kerry-Lynne Findlay won the tight race on Saturday night with 51 per cent of the vote. And as Keith Baldrey explains, Findlay’s win comes at a pivotal time. For one day each year, some of Montreal's busiest streets are handed over to thousands of cyclists taking part in the Tour de l'Ile.
