SEMARANG, KOMPAS.TV - Untuk minimalisir tingkat pelanggaran lalu lintas di jalan raya, Polda Jateng akan menggelar Operasi Patuh Candi 2026 yang dimulai pada tanggal 08 Juni mendatang.
Operasi Patuh Candi 2026 yang akan dimulai pada Senin (8/6/2026), Kepolisian Daerah Jawa Tengah bersama dengan polres jajaran akan melakukan operasi secara serentak di semua wilayah di Jawa Tengah.
Operasi ini bertujuan menurunkan angka kecelakaan lalu lintas beserta fatalitas korbannya, sekaligus mewujudkan Kamseltibcarlantas yang aman, nyaman, dan berkeselamatan bagi masyarakat.
Operasi Patuh Candi 2026 yang digelar selama 14 hari ini akan dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan preemtif sebesar 20 persen, preventif 30 persen dan represif atau penegakan hukum sebesar 50 persen.
Adapun penindakan dilakukan dengan komposisi 60 persen melalui electronic traffic law enforcement (ETLE), 30 persen tilang manual terhadap pelanggaran tertentu, serta 10 persen teguran simpatik dan edukatif kepada masyarakat.
Untuk daftar pelanggaran yang menjadi prioritas penegakan yakni melanggar marka jalan serta menerobos traffic light, balap liar, melawan arus, tidak memakai helm serta plat nomor kendaraan yang dimodifikasi, berkendara dalam pengaruh miras.
