Recipe (1 Serving): - ​100g pork (pork neck or shoulder) - ​1 tsp cooking oil - ​1 small piece of fresh ginger (approx. 1-2 cm) - ​1 spring onion - ​1 pinch of salt and black pepper - ​Optional: 1 splash of soy sauce or mirin - ​1 serving of cooked rice Instructions: ​Slice the pork into very thin strips or small cubes. ​Slice the ginger into very fine strips (julienne). Chop the spring onion into fine rings. ​Heat the oil in a small pan. ​Add the pork and cook over medium heat until it's cooked through. ​Season with salt and pepper. If desired, you can add a splash of soy sauce or mirin at this stage. ​Place the cooked rice in a bowl. ​Top the rice with the cooked pork. ​Garnish with the sliced ginger and spring onion.
