This meant that the blower took up room in an already cluttered hut. To make it portable, I tried to lash the stakes to the housing but it would not do so in such a way that the rotor would be centred. So the solution I came up with was to the piece of the ground the stakes were hammered into portable- I simply cast the stakes into an adobe block and it it dry hard. The result was a portable blower that could be shifted out of the way and stored in a corner until needed. I then did an iron smelt with it and it got a similar yield to the original set up. About Primitive Technology: Primitive technology is a hobby where you build things in the wild completely from scratch using no modern tools or materials. These are the strict rules: If you want a fire, use a fire stick - An axe, pick up a stone and shape it - A hut, build one from trees, mud, rocks etc. The challenge is seeing how far you can go without utilizing modern technology. I do not live in the wild, but enjoy building shelter, tools, and more, only utilizing natural materials.
