Compatta il composto sulla base di uno stampo antiaderente apribile, rivestito con carta forno, formando anche i bordi. In una ciotola, unisci gli ingredienti per la farcia e versa il tutto nello stampo. Inforna a 180 gradi per 50 minuti in forno statico preriscaldato (il tempo può variare a seconda del forno). Prepara la confettura: Lava e taglia le fragole, mettile in un pentolino unendo gli altri ingredienti. Porta a bollore e frulla con il minipimer per rendere il composto più liscio. Lascia raffreddare. Quando la cheesecake sarà fredda, aggiungi la confettura, fragole fresche tagliate e la crema, dopodiché servi alla tua Pallotta preferita ❤️
