Video Description
Before the 18 tonne Megabore lathe can make its first cut, it needs a solid foundation. We’re machining heavy duty adjustable levelling feet from scratch. The lathe was supplied with wedge style levelling feet, but for long term stability and precise adjustability on a machine this size, we decided to build our own solution to suit both the lathe and our workshop floor. We start by cutting material from a 170mm diameter scrap cylinder rod using the Everising semi automatic horizontal bandsaw. Hex bar is then cut and machined into adjustable bolts on the Hafco TM-1740G centre lathe. Each bolt is faced, chamfered, drilled and tapped to M30 before machining the external thread. With the bolts complete, the feet are machined on the Hafco TM-26120G centre lathe. Each foot is faced and chamfered before drilling through with a 50 mm U drill and cutting a 12 TPI internal thread to suit the adjustable bolt. Big material, big tooling, and levelling feet built to handle serious weight. We fit one finished levelling foot under the Megabore to show how it sits and adjusts, giving a preview of the full machine levelling process coming next. Video FAQs

These FAQs clarify what this video page measures, why revenue is estimated, and how to use the page for content research.

What can you learn from this video analytics page?

This page shows views, likes, comments, RPM and revenue estimates, publish timing, topic tags, related videos, and the broader channel context behind the video.

Why are RPM and revenue numbers estimates?

Actual earnings depend on monetized playbacks, audience geography, seasonality, advertiser demand, and monetization status. CloutOrbit provides directional estimates for benchmarking, not exact payouts.
