1 mango 1 grapefruit 2 cups heavy whipping cream 2 tbsp sugar or sweetener 23 rice papers ? Cut mango into small cubes and pull out grapefruit flesh ? Whip heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form ? Fold fruits and sugar into whipped cream ? Wet rice paper and place 2 dollops of whipped cream mixture into the middle ? Gather all corners of rice paper until a ball-shape forms around whipped cream mixture ? Twist the corners of rice paper into a tube and cut off extra length ? Place into cup cake holder and let chill in fridge for 10 - 20 minutes
