Selain itu, terdapat dugaan pengaturan proses verifikasi mitra pada portal Badan Gizi Nasional sehingga yayasan tertentu tetap dapat ditunjuk sebagai mitra SPPG. Temuan ini menjadi salah satu fokus utama penyidik dalam mengusut dugaan penyimpangan tata kelola Program Makan Bergizi Gratis.
