Let’s talk about Super Mario Maker 3!

Almost exactly ten years ago Nintendo released the first Super Mario Maker. A new and very unusual IP for Nintendo. A very unusual IP that actually ended up being quite successful. So successful as a matter of fact, that Nintendo not only released a Super Mario Maker spin off on the 3DS soon later, but also developed a full fledged sequel. But since the release of Super Mario Maker 2, it has become quiet around the Super Mario Maker brand. Six summers came and went without any news about Super Mario Maker’s future. The Switch itself ended its successful career and the entire gaming world moved on. As of now Super Mario Maker is nothing more than a faint memory of a series once popular on a console of the past. And all of this left invested fanboys - like myself - thinking about an existential question. A question that is as important as it rhymes. The simple question of: Will there ever be a Super Mario Maker 3? So let’s talk about this! In this video we are going to investigate this question!
