JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV Wakil Menteri Pertanian (Wamentan) RI, Sudaryono, mengancam mencabut izin Pabrik Kelapa Sawit (PKS) yang membeli Tandan Buah Segar (TBS) dari petani di bawah harga ketentuan pemerintah.
"Di hulunya terjadi gejolak, yaitu pembelian TBS yang murah. Maka masalahnya ada di tengah, dan masalah ini seharusnya mudah untuk kita selesaikan," ujar Wamentan Sudaryono pada Jumat (29/5/2026).
"Jika ada pelanggaran kegiatan-kegiatan sesuai dengan Permentan, tentu ada sanksi administratif dan juga pencabutan izin barangkali. Jika ada pelanggaran hukum, tentunya Kementan menggandeng Satgas Pangan," lanjutnya.
