Saudi Arabia's low-cost carrier flyadeal, a subsidiary of national airline Saudia, has announced the launch of its first-ever scheduled passenger flights to India, with daily non-stop services between Riyadh and Hyderabad commencing July 1, 2026. The Airbus A320neo aircraft configured with 186 economy class seats will operate the route, making Hyderabad flyadeal's debut Indian destination, with a second Indian route expected to be announced soon. The launch targets the high-volume travel corridor between Saudi Arabia and India, driven by approximately 2.5 to 2.7 million Indian expatriates living in the Kingdom, in addition to a continuous flow of religious pilgrims for Hajj and Umrah. Acting CEO Sanjiv Kapoor described India as a long-awaited and key addition to flyadeal's growing international network, citing strong economic, social, and cultural ties between the two nations. Tickets are now available through flyadeal's website, mobile app, and travel agents. The airline currently operates 46 Airbus A320 family aircraft from Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, and Dammam to 37 destinations including the UAE, Egypt, Jordan, Turkey, and Pakistan. #flyadeal #SaudiArabia #India #Hyderabad #Riyadh #NewRoute #BudgetAirline #Aviation #Vision2030 #IndianExpats #SaudiaGroup #AirTravel #FlightLaunchYou said: 30-minute blackout: IndiGo passengers stranded in dark, sweltering cabin
