Sewai (Vermicelli): 300g
Sugar: 1.5 Cup ( If barfi used) and 2.5 cup ( is mawa used)
Ghee: Approx 1/3rd cup
Milk: 1 litre
Khoya (Mawa): 200-250g or Mawa Barfi can be used
Makhana-50g
Chopped Nuts -1 Cup ( Almond, cashew, pista,raisin,melon seeds, chironji)
Cardamom + Clove + Mace Powder: 1 .5 tsp
Food Color - Optional
Kewda water - 2-4 drops
