Mr. Ranveer Brar, one of India’s most celebrated chefs and storytellers, whose career spans nearly three decades across hospitality, television, digital media, and entrepreneurship. Born in Lucknow and inspired by the city’s vibrant culinary heritage, he began his journey apprenticing under local kebab masters before formally training at the Institute of Hotel Management, Lucknow. From becoming one of India’s youngest executive chefs at the age of 25 to leading acclaimed restaurants in India, Boston, Dubai, and beyond, Chef Ranveer has built an extraordinary culinary legacy rooted in innovation, culture, and authenticity. His restaurants and collaborations have redefined modern Indian dining while celebrating the country’s diverse food traditions.
