Many girls step away from STEM not because they can't do it, but because they've learned to wait until they're certain they'll excel at everything. Julie Trinco shares her own story of failing physics, pivoting careers, and finding her place in data, to show that belonging doesn't require perfection. You just have to start. Julie Trinco is a Senior Data Product Manager with a career spanning data analysis, BI engineering, leadership, and product management across marketing, payments, supply chain, and transportation. Passionate about equity in tech, she mentors women and underrepresented groups navigating their path in data and technology with confidence and authenticity.
