In her TEDxYouth@Wilmington talk, Olivia Hall gives an intimate and candid account of aspects of her life that have contributed to her successes as a student. Olivia “Liv” Hall is a sophomore at Ursuline Academy with a strong passion for both academics and service. As an avid equestrian, she competes on a horse jumping team, where she has developed discipline, diligence, and a deep appreciation for the connection between horse and rider. She is the youngest of three children in a close-knit Catholic family, an environment that has shaped her values of compassion, faith, and community. Olivia resides in Hockessin, Delaware, where she is actively involved in volunteer work, particularly supporting special needs children who are learning horseback riding.
After Ursuline, Olivia plans to attend a university where she can continue to grow both academically and personally, with the goal of pursuing a career in the medical field. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
