For Yakhni :
Chicken -1 kg
Whole Coriander Seeds- 3-4 tbspn
Cumin seeds-1 tbspn
Saunf-1 tbspn
Ginger -2 inch
Garlic -5-7
Onion-1
Cinnamon -1
Bayleaf-1
Water -3 -3.5 glass
Salt to taste
Paste:
Green chillies-7-8
Ginger -2.5 inches
Garlic -6-8
Biryani Masala:
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Green cardamom-8-10
Cloves-8-10
Black cardamom-2
Star anise-3
Black pepper-1/2 tsp
Cinnamon-1
Bayleaf-1
Green Chillies-5-7
Oil-3/4th cup
Onion-2 medium sliced
Paste
Whole spices
Mace -1
Nutmeg -1/8th tsp
Yoghurt-1/2 cup
Soaked Basmati Rice -800-900g
