视频说明
This video shows the complete operation process of a beam transporter carrying bridge components under heavy load. As a vital link in bridge construction, the beam transporter is an indispensable special heavy-duty engineering vehicle for precast beam transportation.
Adopting an unconventional structure without a traditional cab, the vehicle is mainly composed of a chassis and large-size heavy-load tires. Equipped with a multi-axle hydraulic suspension and an all-wheel steering system, it adapts well to complex construction conditions such as temporary construction access roads, soft soil foundations, steep slopes and small-radius curves. It delivers outstanding driving stability, effectively avoiding the risk of vehicle rollover and preventing precast beams from cracking or deforming during transportation, so as to fully guarantee the finished quality of bridge components.
Its core function is the safe transportation of large-tonnage precast bridges, with a load capacity ranging from hundreds of tons to thousands of tons. It can carry high-speed railway box girders of over 900 tons and stably transport precast beams from beam fabrication yards to bridge erection sites over long distances.
After the heavy-load beam transporter arrives at the designated erection position, its onboard hydraulic lifting system enables millimeter-level precise leveling, height adjustment and position adjustment, perfectly meeting the operating standards of the bridge girder erector and achieving seamless docking. It efficiently completes the beam feeding process and delivers precast beams steadily to the working position of the bridge girder erector, laying a solid foundation for subsequent bridge erection and assembly construction. It serves as a core and essential piece of equipment for coordinated beam transportation and erection in bridge engineering.
