✨ Ingredients:
Spicemix:
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Ajwain-1/2 tsp
Saunf-1 tsp
Coriander seeds-3-4 tsp
Green cardamom-4-6
Clove4-6
Black pepper-1 tsp
Black cardamom-1
Cinnamon-1
Mace-1
Nutmeg-1/8th tsp
Mint powder-1/2 tsp
Whole red chillies-2-4
Chole masala-1 tsp or anardana powder
Haldi -1/2 tsp
Amchur-1/2 tsp
Kashmir red chili powder-1 /2 tsp
Ginger powder 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Boil Chole:
Soaked Chickpeas -1 cup ( soaked overnight)
Bayleaf-1
Black tea leaves -2-3 tea bags
Frying:
Oil-2 tbspn
Small diced potato
Paneer cubes
Tadka:
Oil-3-4 tbspn
Heeng-1/4th tsp
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Ginger juliennes
Slit Green chillies-3-4
Roasted cumin powder -1/2 tsp
Chopped Cilantro
Kashmiri red chilly powder-1/2 tsp
