Headstart: Senator Erwin Tulfo on Wednesday, June 3, said that if Senate President Alan Peter Cayetano continues to be absent from the session, Senate President Pro Tempore Joel Villanueva and Senator Loren Legarda should at least attend so the chamber can establish a quorum and proceed with its business. Tulfo added that if members of the Senate majority still have a sense of responsibility and duty, they should report for work and attend the sessions instead of remaining absent.
