Resep Keju Cheddar Bubuk (untuk 150 gr)
Bahan:
160 gr keju cheddar blok olahan
3 sdm maizena
¼ sdt garam
½ sdt kaldu ayam bubuk
Cara membuat:
1. Siapkan wajan, sangrai maizena sesaat lalu sisihkan
2. Parut keju cheddar lalu masukkan ke food chopper. Tambahkan garam dan kaldu ayam bubuk, haluskan
3. Panaskan wajan, masak keju yang sudah dihaluskan di api sedang kecil selama 7 menit, aduk dan biarkan dingin
4. Masukkan keju ke food chopper, tambahkan tepung maizena yang sudah disangrai, proses kembali hingga menjadi serbuk
5. Keju cheddar bubuk siap digunakan

Cheddar Cheese Powder Recipe (yield 150 g)
Ingredients:
160 g processed cheddar block
3 tbsp cornstarch
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp chicken powder
Steps:
1. Prepare a pan. Toast the cornstarch briefly, then set aside.
2. Grate the cheddar, then add into the chopper. Add salt and chicken powder, then blend.
3. Heat a pan. Cook the blended cheese on medium-low heat for 7 minutes. Stir and let cool.
4. Add the cheese into the chopper. Add toasted cornstarch and blend again into a powder.
5. Cheddar Cheese Powder is ready to use.
