My ADHD Diagnosis Journey (VIDEO DIARY)

This is the most vulnerable video I’ve ever shared ? For over a year, I’ve been documenting a journey that I truly never saw coming. It all started with your comments and messages. Many of you noticed patterns in my behaviour that I couldn’t see myself. What began as the occasional ‘Have you considered ADHD?’ message turned into a life-changing journey of self-discovery for me. This video diary documents my life over the last 13 months - from my initial scepticism to my formal diagnosis and everything in between. Looking back, it’s been like a journal for me, which has been really therapeutic. Thank you so much to those of you who also have ADHD, and saw parts of you in me. Your observations and messages led me to answers I didn't even know I was looking for ?
