Why do people cling to the same beliefs even when faced with new ideas? In this talk, Abdulla explores why changing perspectives can feel uncomfortable, challenging, and even threatening. Through relatable examples and thoughtful insights, he encourages the audience to become more open-minded and willing to see the world through different lenses. Kaspi Lyceum student Abdulla is a diligent and academically motivated 8th grader with a strong interest in learning and personal growth. He enjoys exploring new ideas, participating in school activities, and sharing his perspective through meaningful discussions such as school debates and TED-style talks.
