Mango founder’s son arrested in connection to father’s 2024 fatal fall from cliff

The son of fashion group Mango founder Isak Andic was named a suspect by a Barcelona judge on Tuesday (May 19) in an investigation into his father’s death, which had initially been treated as an accident. Isak Andic died after falling more than 100 metres from a cliff while hiking with his son, Jonathan Andic, near Barcelona in December 2024. The 45-year-old was arrested and questioned by police in Catalonia before being brought to court in handcuffs, where a judge set bail at 1 million euros (US$1.16 million).
