In July of 2024, Rue came to us from the shelter after she and her sister Katniss were placed on the euthanasia list due to lack of space. 🤍 Despite everything she had already experienced at such a young age, Rue showed us right away how resilient she was. She settled into our home beautifully, did amazing with our dogs, and quickly proved to be such a sweet, gentle, and happy girl. Every bath, walk, and training session helped prepare her for the life she was always meant to have. Before long, the perfect family found her and gave her a new name… Minka.
