DOJ explains gov't approach in implementing ICC arrest order vs. Dela Rosa | ANC

The Justice Department explains why government is taking a different approach in implementing the International Criminal Court arrest warrant against Senator Ronald Dela Rosa. To recall, back in March 2025, former President Rodrigo Duterte was arrested upon arriving in Manila from Hong Kong on a similar ICC warrant.
