Who was your favorite character growing up? Is it someone who looks like you? Someone who acts like you? Someone who you aspire to be? A character that is all three would be great. As the huge cinephile I am, I’ve still never truly found “me” in all the ‘representations’ I’ve seen. I explored those characters more closely and have begun to realize why. First year speaker for TEDxNichols School Youth. A Junior with a passion for the humanities classes, athletics, activism, and video games. Through her love of literature, she is an avid creative writer with readership in the hundred thousands. She loves to watch stories as much as read them.
