A key movement you would always see in old school shoulder routines. Since overall delt size is so important, I start off with this power move. Now some people argue that this exercise works only the front head, but I know I feel it in my sides as well. Today, things are different. Most lifters shy away from behind the neck work. They call it risky, uncomfortable or outdated. Machines and front presses dominate gyms and this old school staple has largely been forgotten.
