We’ve been trying to build the world’s lightest gaming mouse out of aerogel for a few months now, but the aerogel we need is out of stock and costs over $1,000 for just one prototype. So for V1 we’re going with purple forged carbon fiber which should still beat the current world record for the lightest full sized gaming mouse at 36 grams. I reached out to a carbon fiber supplier, got a quote back, but they quoted me for the completely wrong material. Sent another email correcting them and now I’m just waiting to hear back.
