SENATE LEADERSHIP ROW REACHES THE SUPREME COURT Private school teacher Barry Tayam, 30, has filed the first Supreme Court petition over the Senate leadership row. Tayam is asking the High Court to validate the 12-senator quorum that challenged Alan Peter Cayetano's Senate presidency.
