The PERFECT Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift
1) Feet hip-width apart
2) Keep your spine neutral
3) Hold the dumbbells in front of your thighs
4) Push your hips back and keep your shins mostly vertical as you lower
5) Lower until you feel a hamstring stretch
6) Drive your hips forward to come back up
