Most People Set This Up Wrong for Overhead Triceps Extensions
Most people set the pulley at the lowest position for overhead cable triceps extensions. While that can be fine with lighter weights, it becomes riskier as the load gets heavier because you may have to excessively arch your lower back just to get the attachment into position.
A safer and more efficient setup is to place the pulley around waist height when using a rope, or slightly higher when using a straight bar. This makes it much easier to get into the overhead position and significantly reduces stress on the lower back.
