He would just eat meat. 8 pounds of horse meat a day. Later in life, switched over to beef. At 10 or 11 o'clock at night, he eat the whole eight pounds usually in one sitting. Now people today tend to weigh their food. Now Serge never did. He didn't really count his calories, but he felt that he should have eat three grams of protein per pound of body weight. So at 200 pounds, he thought that he ate about 600 grams of protein per day. He never drank a protein shake in his life. Everybody who comes to his gym is asking the same question. Nobody believes him. And I saw him once eating three pounds of meat in front of me. They brought him a steak after workout. He waited an hour. And then after that, I was watching him. I wanted to see. He was just eating meat and nothing else with meat. Drinking a bit water, cold water. So I love to eat and I love to train. So it was perfect for me.
