This talk explores the hidden pressure behind academic success and how constant striving for perfection can lead to educational burnout. It challenges the idea that grades define worth and encourages a healthier balance between achievement, well-being, and self-growth. Kaspi Lyceum student Nahid Gurbanov is an academically inclined 11th grader with strong interests in sports and public speaking. He actively develops both his academic and personal skills, showing confidence in communication and a balanced approach to school life and extracurricular activities.
