In this talk, Nuanyang Chen shares how strength, discipline, and self-acceptance helped her grow from an ordinary girl who loved movement into someone who encourages more women to embrace their own power. Through fitness, entrepreneurship, public recognition, and moments of exhaustion and doubt, she reflects on what it means to root inward before blooming outward. Her story invites us to break free from narrow definitions of femininity, stay committed in unseen moments, and become the person we genuinely want to be.
