She is the visionary founder of Blue Fish, a company established in 2006 with a noble mission: to empower artisans, particularly women, by helping them export their creations and nurturing their businesses. The pinnacle of her achievements came in 2017 when Leila Ben Gacem was honored with the prestigious Fatima al-Fihriya award in Kairouan. Simultaneously, she earned the well-deserved title of Cultural Woman Entrepreneur of the Year, affirming her pivotal role in the cultural tapestry of Tunisia.
