In this heartfelt and deeply moving talk, Mr. Aroush Datta shares his journey of growing up as a neurodiverse individual in a world constantly trying to define what is “normal.” Through humour, vulnerability, and remarkable self-awareness, he reflects on the challenges of exclusion, self-doubt, and societal expectations, while celebrating the power of self-belief, acceptance, and emotional strength. Rather than asking to fit into the world’s definition of normal, he encourages audiences to embrace individuality and learn to understand one another with patience, empathy, and respect. His story is a powerful reminder that differences are not flaws to be fixed, but strengths that can inspire, connect, and light the way for others.
