Tokyo Kyushu Ferry Soleil / Hamayu (東京九州フェリー それいゆ はまゆう 横須賀 新門司) is Japan's overnight ferry that operates regularly. It’s a 976km (607 miles) voyage that takes 21 hours from Yokosuka Ferry Terminal in Kanagawa Prefecture to Shinmoji Ferry Terminal in Fukuoka Prefecture. This time, I stayed at the cheapest room like a capsule hotel called “Tourist A” (最安 ツーリストA) for the first time. The ship has many ways to have a good time, such as restaurant, planetarium, open-air bath, theater room, lounge, vending machines, gym and barbecue. (レストラン プラネタリウム 露天風呂 大浴場 シアタールーム ラウンジ 自動販売機 ジム バーベキュー) If you get seasickness easily, I recommend you bring a motion sickness medicine just in case. ☆★☆This is what it was actually like!☆★☆ --- Soleil, Tokyo Kyushu Ferry --- * It was great to enjoy the planetarium and BBQ on board! * But, some of the BBQ meat was as hard as erasers. * No Wi-Fi, no life. * All the food in the restaurant looked delicious. * The view of the ocean was very spectacular and felt so good. * The cheapest room did not have a lockable door. * But, the bed was large, soft and comfortable enough.
