A handmade udon specialty shop where every batch of dough is kneaded by hand without using machines. One of the most popular items is the beef udon, served with a generous amount of savory broth and topped with tender beef.
Because the noodles are hand-kneaded, they have a slightly uneven shape that creates a more interesting texture with every bite. The combination of chewy noodles and rich broth makes for a comforting bowl of udon.
