Veysel, Tulay and Julide are worried for Melek’s safety. They don’t let her go outside alone. What Veysel heard in Izmit makes them all anxious. Julide suggests reporting everything to the police but Veysel refuses that. He says Melek’s enemies think that Melek is dead but talking with the police means revealing the fact that Melek is alive. Elif sets the breakfast table. Kerem and Sureyya see Elif beside the table. Kerem looks great in his suit. Sureyya asks if he dressed up for a special occasion or not. Kerem says he did actually and it is about Sureyya. He takes her to the study room and says he wants to talk about something very important… about him, her and everyone. He says he took a decision about him and her… and about their future. He speaks in a way that it sounds like a marriage proposal. Humeyra and Macide talk with Elif. She says Kerem and Sureyya are talking in the study room about a decision Kerem took. They grow curious. Deep inside, both mother and the daughter think that may be about marriage. It turns out that Kerem is only making a job offer. He says he wants to work with Sureyya at the company. Sureyya is baffled. At first she also thought that it was something more personal. Kerem gives her couple of hours to think about his offer. Kerem leaves Sureyya with thoughts and comes to the breakfast table. Then Sureyya follows her. Kerem says he is in a hurry and heads for the company. Now the rest of the family is curious about what they talked in the study room. Inci and Emirhan are playing “detective”. They are walking around the streets and trying to find something about Melek which would lead them somewhere… but they have bunked off for doing that. Safak comes to the wool store and tells Julide that the kids weren’t at school. Worried, both start looking for Inci and Emirhan. Sureyya still considers the offer. Kerem told her to be at the company at four in the afternoon with the answer “yes”. Julide and Safak find Inci and Emirhan. Julide runs to the kids and hugs them. Safak is also angry at the kids. Julide wants to know why they have bunked off. Inci says they were outside looking for Elif.
