Deliberate crashes caused by fraudsters trying to claim compensation against innocent drivers are on the rise with more than 9,000 reports last year, according to the Insurance Fraud Bureau. According to the IFB, Barking and Dagenham in East London is the most prevalent area for fraudulent motor insurance claims in England.
