This challenge includes 4 exercises done in 3 sets, where each set gets progressively harder. We’ll be working the same muscle group across all 3 sets, but the variation of the exercise will increase in difficulty each time. For example, you start with side-lying abd, move into kneeling abd, and then progress to a more challenging side plank abd for the 3rd set.
