Stop letting your wrists bend too far back when you bench press, because it can make you weaker. This usually happens because the bar is sitting too high in your palm, which forces your wrist back. Instead, place the bar lower in your hand, near the base of your palm, so your wrist stays more neutral and stacked. Fix this, and you’ll be in a much stronger position to bench.
