What does it take to design your own life instead of simply living it?
In this inspiring TEDx talk, Ulhas Vatpal shares his journey from a small 10x10 room in Mumbai to building successful ventures, leading innovation in the HVAC industry, and creating opportunities across India.
Through stories of setbacks, adaptability, entrepreneurship, and purpose, he introduces his Aircraft Theory of Life, a powerful philosophy on growth, resilience, timing, and belief.
From engineering at VJTI to founding the Vatpal Group, his journey highlights a simple truth: success is not accidental, it is designed.
Because in the end, you are not just a passenger.
You are the pilot!
