Problems I've run into in this section - Fire insurance is insanely expensive. - Can I get a mortgage? - I don't know if a partnership with other folks in the area is possible - the repairs on the property are EXTENSIVE (probably why it has not sold) -Fire insurance...can I get it? It's wildly expensive if so. - water is an issue in drought-ridden California -The property is in two zones and I am getting conflicting info about where the line is...need to do more research. - as of this video there is another offer accepted on the property. Also, Salmon Creek is a project with a mission I believe in and want to augment and support. They are NOT open to the public, so please don't go show up at their property.
