US bans foreign travellers from Ebola-impacted countries ahead of World Cup

An Ebola outbreak ahead of the World Cup has prompted the U.S. to impose a 30-day ban for foreign travellers who have recently visited the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Uganda and South Sudan.
